Savannah Dog Training Club

Dear Exhibitors,

Out of an abundance of caution and concern for the health of our dogs because of the recent flu outbreak, and with full support from the AKC, Savannah Dog Training Club has decided to postpone our June 2017 trial until a later date to be determined.

We apologize for the inconvenience this will cause you, and sincerely hope you will understand and continue to support our trials in the future.

All fees paid will be refunded in full. If you paid online by credit/debit card, you payment will be refunded back to you. If you sent a check, your check will be shredded.

We do not yet know when the trial will be rescheduled, but we will keep you advised.

Carol Mett, Trial Chair

The Savannah Dog Training Club was established to promote the training of the family dog.  We have trainers, handlers and judges as club members who are qualified to help in all aspects of training and showing in obedience, rally, agility and confirmation.
We are a non-profit club and we abide by the American Kennel Club's rules and regulations.

Each year our club hosts both an Obedience/Rally Trial and an Agility Trial. The Obedience/Rally trial is held the last weekend of June in which all classes are offered, including the new optional titling classes approved by the American Kennel Club. The Agility Trial is held in February.

Training sessions are offered for a nominal fee; please check the calendar for dates and times.

Club meetings are scheduled for the last Thursday of each month at 7:30 unless otherwise indicated on the calendar. Visitors and prospective club members are always welcome to attend. Meetings are held at the following location:

Carol's Pampered Pets
341 Commercial Drive
Savannah, GA.
